Select the components your business needs. LivTech will show a starting package recommendation — the exact scope and price are always confirmed in a project review, never calculated automatically.

Your Selected System

No components selected yet. Choices you make above will appear here as a simple visual workflow.

Simple package comparison.

Every package starts with a scope review. Nothing here is hidden — including what each starting point does not include.

New businesses are welcome. LivTech can recommend the smallest practical starting scope and expand the system as the business grows.

A clear process from first conversation to launch.

No technical background required. You explain the problem in plain language — LivTech handles everything that follows.

1
Step one

Tell me what is slowing you down

You complete a short business assessment describing your current process and the biggest friction point — whether that is missed leads, manual follow-up, or no web presence at all. No technical knowledge is required to get started.

You: complete the assessment LivTech: reviews your current situation
2
Step two

I map the workflow

I identify what currently happens manually, which tools are already in use, and where information is being lost or delayed. This step determines exactly what needs to be built and what can be connected to what already exists.

You: answer any clarifying questions LivTech: maps the current and future workflow
3
Step three

You receive a clear plan

You receive a written recommendation covering the proposed solution, scope, price, timeline, and what will become automatic. Nothing moves forward without your approval of the plan and price.

You: review and approve the plan LivTech: prepares the proposal
4
Step four

I build and test it

I build the website, form, automation, AI assistant, or connected system according to the agreed plan. The full customer journey is tested before anything goes live — forms, confirmations, notifications, and all connected steps.

You: provide feedback on the build LivTech: builds, connects, and tests
5
Step five

Launch, handoff, and support

The system is launched, and you receive clear written instructions for anything you may need to manage going forward. Post-launch support is provided according to the package selected — so you have somewhere to turn if questions come up after launch.

You: go live and use the system LivTech: handles launch and provides support

A studio built around how your business actually runs.

LivTech exists to connect the way customers experience your business with the way work actually gets done behind the scenes.

Strategy before technology. Every recommendation starts with your process and your goals, not a list of tools to sell.
Designed for both the customer and the business. A system should be as clear to the person filling out a form as it is useful to the person reading it.
Connected systems instead of disconnected tools. Websites, forms, automations, and AI assistants are built to work together, not as separate pieces.
Clear scope, pricing, responsibilities, and communication. What's included, what isn't, and what happens next are agreed upon before work begins.
Practical solutions that can grow over time. Start with what the business needs now, and add to it as the business grows — not before.
Service available in English and Portuguese.

Common questions.

If your question is not here, include it in the assessment form and I will address it in my response.

No. The business assessment asks about your current process and your biggest problem — not about which technical service to select. Based on your answers, I will recommend what makes sense to build and explain why.
Often, yes. I will review what you currently have before making a recommendation. Some existing platforms and tools can be improved, extended, or connected without being replaced. Where a tool is not a good fit for the goal, I will say so and explain the alternative.
I work with custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript builds, as well as common platforms including Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow. Platform compatibility is confirmed during the project assessment before work begins.
Not by default. Hosting, domain registration, and any third-party software subscriptions required for automations or AI tools are separate costs. When a project requires these, they are identified in the proposal before work begins so there are no surprises.
Yes. Upon project completion and final payment, all deliverables — including website files, design assets, and documentation — belong to you.
The number of included revision rounds is specified in each package. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope require a separate estimate and approval before they are carried out.
A simple automation connects two or three steps — for example, a form submission that triggers a confirmation email and adds a row to a spreadsheet. More complex workflows involving multiple branching steps, conditions, or several connected applications are scoped and priced separately.
Not always. Automations depend on what each application supports technically. Technical feasibility is confirmed during the planning phase before any work begins. If a direct connection is not available, I will identify the closest practical alternative.
Third-party platforms occasionally update their systems in ways that affect existing automations. This is not uncommon. Clients on a maintenance plan receive priority support to address these situations. Clients without a plan can request a repair as a separate engagement.
Monthly maintenance plans are available at three levels and cover updates, fixes, and automation adjustments on an ongoing basis. Details are listed in the maintenance section above.
Whenever possible, I request access through the platform's native invitation or collaborator feature rather than asking for your password directly. If temporary credentials are necessary, they should be created specifically for the project and changed after handoff. I will guide you through the most secure approach for each tool involved.
Client and customer data collected through forms and tools is handled according to the privacy settings of the platforms used. I do not store customer data beyond what is necessary for the project. Data handling practices for each tool used are disclosed as part of the project documentation.
No. The AI assistant is configured to respond only using information you review and approve — your services, pricing, policies, and common questions. It does not speculate or invent answers. When a question falls outside that scope, it directs the customer to contact you directly.
This depends on the platform selected. Websites built on Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow are designed for non-technical editing. Custom-coded sites can be updated by someone comfortable with HTML, or through a maintenance plan. The right approach is discussed during planning.
A straightforward one-page website typically takes five to ten business days. Projects involving automation, AI setup, or multiple components take longer and are estimated individually. A realistic timeline is included in every proposal.
Before work starts, you receive a written proposal covering scope, price, timeline, and what is included. Work does not begin until the proposal is approved and the deposit is received.
Yes. A deposit is required to begin work. The deposit amount and payment schedule are specified in the proposal. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files or access are transferred.
Yes, but any work outside the agreed scope requires a written change request, an updated estimate, and approval before it is carried out. This protects both parties and keeps the project timeline accurate.
