This website is provided to describe LivTech's services and to let visitors submit inquiries. Content on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of results.
Interactive demonstrations
The "AI assistant" and workflow-diagram sections of this site are pre-scripted, illustrative demonstrations, not a live assistant connected to LivTech's real pricing, availability, or customer records. Nothing shown in those demonstrations is a quote, commitment, or offer.
Inquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or obligation on either side. Project scope, pricing, timeline, and responsibilities are defined separately, in writing, before any work begins.
Support plans
Support plan details described on this site (included requests, response times, and what is excluded) are subject to the specific agreement signed for that plan. This site's descriptions are a summary, not the full agreement.
No guarantees
LivTech does not claim or imply specific certifications, compliance standards, or guaranteed business outcomes on this site. Any such claims would only be made in a signed project agreement, if applicable. LivTech does not claim this site or its own systems are completely secure or immune to failure — see the Privacy Policy for how information submitted here is handled.
Language versions of these terms
These terms are available in English and Portuguese. LivTech has made reasonable efforts to keep both versions consistent and to keep all pricing, service conditions, and policies the same across languages, but the English version is the controlling version in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between them.
